About Tone

Anthony LeTread Akins ll or as we love to call him (Tone) was born to Juanita Davis and

Anthony attended several Bay Area schools including Montera Middle school, Castro Valley High school and Hercules High.Tone has always had a love for sports, at an early age it was clear he had a passion for football…but Nita wasn’t risking her baby getting hurt so his interest in football was short lived and shifted to basketball ,where he later joined the East Lake YMCA basketball team in Oakland CA.

Tone also had a love for music , not to mention he was his brother
G Maly’s biggest fan. You best believe if Maly had a show his hype man was right by his side.
Tone was always the center of attention at every family function, he was either loving on his
family, or dancing trying to keep his pants up because he NEVER had on a belt.

Tone was a God Fearing man ,free spirited, and a natural born leader who lived life exactly the way HE wanted to. When he loved he loved hard and his generosity could never be questioned he would literally give the shirt of his back to a stranger.

Tone loved his kids, he was overjoyed when he heard the news he was having his first child. In November of 2013 he welcomed his first born Aleija into the world, 2 years later he was blessed by his second baby girl Aiyre followed by his son Asaan in 2016.Tone’s children we’re his world he took pride in being their father.
